Focus: Development, Cultural Preservation, Food Security and Agriculture.
I documented the 50 year partnership between Ugand and the European Union including field documentation of EU-supported inteventions in Karamoja and Kaabong. The Karamoja assignment focused on initiatives supporting the preservation of culture, food security and progressive economic practices. The work documented community experiences and development interventions within the broader history of EU-Uganda cooperation.

Stanbic Bank
35 Years of Impact | 2026 – Ongoing.
Focus: Corporate Social Investment, Development Impact Documentation.
I am currently documenting the 35 years of Stanbic Bank’s presence in Uganda, with a focus on the bank’s corporate social investment and contribution to communities and national development. The assignment involves researching and documenting individuals, businesses, institutions and communities connected to Stanbic Bank’s investments in Uganda. The documentation covers financial inclusion, enterprise development, infrastructure development, climate resilience and community development.

African Youth Action Network (AYAN).
Refugee Response and Community Resilience | 2025
Focus: Refugee Protection, Peace building, Youth Engagement, Community Resilience.
I worked with the African Youth Action Network (AYAN) to document programmes implemented across refugee settlements in Uganda. The work captured the experiences of refugees, host communities and documented interventions relating to protection, peacebuilding, youth engagement and community resilience. The assignment also involved developing and publishing an AYAN programme magazine bringing together stories, photography and documentation of the organization’s work.

Paediatric HIV Interventions | 2024-2025
Focus: Paediatric HIV, Health, Community-Based Programming.
I documented paediatric HIV interventions supported by Aidsfonds and its partners under the Paediatric Breakthrough Partnership. The work documented the experiences of children, adolescents, caregivers, health workers and community organizations involved in paediatric HIV progamming. The documentation covered interventions relating to HIV testing, treatment, adherence, care and support. The work combined interviews, photography, writing and programme documentation to communicate the experiences and outcomes of the interventions.

CARE Denmark
Food Security in Karamoja and Kyangwali Refugee Setllement | 2024.
Focus: Food security, Livelihoods and Refugee Settlement.
Documented CARE Denmark-supported interventions focusd on food security in Karamoja and Kyangwali refugee settlements. The assignment documented programme interventions and the experience of communities and refugees affected by food insecurity. The work combined field interviews, documentary photography and narrative storytelling to document food security interventions in host-community and refugee settlement contexts.

MENSEN MET EEN MISSIE
Land Justice and Peacebuilding | 2024.
Focus: Land Justice, Peacbuilding, Alternative Dispute Resoution.
I documented the work of Mensen met een MIssie relating to land justice, peacebuilding and alternative dispute resolution in post-violence communities. The documentation explored land related disputes and community based approaches to resolving conflict and rebuilding relationships. The work focused on the experience of individuals and communities and the role of alternative dispute resolution in addressing land-related conflicts.

World Vision
Child Protection and Advocacy Programme 2026.
I documented World Vision’s Child Protection and Advocacy programme across 44 locations. The assignment involved extensive field documentation, field interviews with stakeholders, participants, documentary photography and video production. The work resulted in an extensive body of editorial and visual documentation of the programme.
Outputs: 16 videos, documentary photography, written stories, a 130-page photobook and magazine documenting the programme.
